The Town of Mountain Village is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all individuals regardless of technology or ability. We are actively working to enhance the accessibility and usability of our website. Our objective is to provide a high-level web experience according to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 (WCAG 2.1) and Colorado HB 21-1110.
While the Town’s website conforms with WCAG 2.1 standards, staff is working to attain full document accessibility by July 1, 2025 in accordance with HB 24-1454.

Document Accessibility
All active documents uploaded to the website on or after January 1, 2024, have been made accessible for assistive readers to the best of staff's ability. If you need assistance with a particular document, please submit an accommodations request below.
Staff is working to make active archival documents accessible to assistive readers by July 1, 2025. With over 3,000 documents on the Town’s website, this process will take some time, and we appreciate your patience.

Within 7 calendar days after receipt of the issue/request, a staff member will contact the person initiating the issue/request to discuss the problem and the possible resolutions. Within 14 calendar days of receipt, the Town will respond in a format accessible to the submitter.
