New Meadowlark timeline and lottery process announced for those employed within Telluride R-1 School District
The timeline and lottery process for employees within the Telluride R-1 School District who are interested in purchasing a unit at Meadowlark in Mountain Village opens Tuesday, February 20 with a mandatory open house at 5:30 p.m. If you are interested in participating in the lottery, and not able to attend tonight's open house, please email
Three more units have become available for the weighted lottery process for a total of five units being available through the weighted lottery system. The remaining units are:
- A101 - one bedroom/one bath condo (labeled Condominium A1-1 on the Meadowlark website.)
- A107 - one bedroom/one bath condo (labeled Condominium A1-1 on the Meadowlark website.)
- C116 - three bedroom/2.5 bath townhome with carport (labeled Townhome C/D 3-2.5 on the Meadowlark website.)
- C120 - three bedroom/2.5 bath townhome with carport (labeled Townhome C/D 3-2.5 on the Meadowlark website.)
- D106- three bedroom/2.5 bath townhome with carport (labeled Townhome C/D 3-2.5 on the Meadowlark website.)
Please note: the Neighborhood Site Plan on the website will be updated soon to reflect these available units.
Employees within the Telluride R-1 School District are defined as individuals who work an average of 32 hours or more per week at a business with a physical presence with a valid and current business license within the Telluride R-1 School District boundary.

- Tuesday, February 20 through Tuesday, March 19: Window for Employees within Telluride R-1 School District (Group 5) to complete the Pre-Qualification Application Process
- Tuesday, February 20 at 5:30 p.m., Town Hall: Required Open House for all Employees within the Telluride R-1 School District Boundary who are interested in entering the lottery. Please email if you are unable to attend the open house
- Tuesday, March 19: Group 5 Pre-Qualification Application deadline
- Tuesday, March 26 at 5 p.m., Town Hall: Unit lottery for Group 5 applicants
- Wednesday, March 27 through Friday, April 5: Formal Qualification Application process for Group 5 applicants
- Friday, April 5: Formal Qualification Application deadline for employees within Mountain Village
